This stage of a project like this is a lot of fun because by now your starting to think....hey...this thing is gonna look saweeeet!

Volvo trucks are very well built trucks, but with over 1.3 milloin kilometers, mine needed a litle help in the looks department.
First off, you need to repair all the cracks, and breaks with epoxy resin, ans perforated aluminum sheet (for strength). Priming and sanding takes hours....

Finally, when all the work was done, we got to line up with some of our HDT buddies for a photo shoot...Great fun!
