The little island has mostly agriculture as an economic base. There are even vineyards, here Claire & I pose with the Mainland in the distance as a background.
Peaceful is the best word I can think of to describe this place...
Here Claire sits at the edge of our site just before dinner....
Low tide, Claire is sitting on the sea-wall at the back of our camp site.
Those commercial vessels are a common site.
Being camped right on the water, you have an ever changing view. The tide movement exposes, then covers up 60 feet of shoreline twice a day.
Here I am walking on the rocks that will be submerged in a matter of hours.
